And here’s why 👇 Link in the comments to the exact spackling I use! Remember, this is for painting projects only, but here’s my reasoning: 1. Spackling is a little cheaper. 2. I find spackling a little more workable than wood filler. 3. Anywhere a gouge is not at the very edge, spackling patches and covers really nicely. 4. If it patches a wall, it’s strong enough to patch wood too, especially if that area isn’t going to get heavy use. Here is when I would use wood filler over spackling: - If t
