1. Wear clothing that covers your legs/stomach/arm pits because fabric burn hurts and you want to be able able to slide with the fabric. 2. Bring water or something to keep you hydrated while you move your body. 3. Eat something light a couple hours before so you aren’t spinning on a full stomach. 4.
