Splitting terrifies me. Everything is maximized. Every movement is analyzed and if I don’t speak or ask questions, it consumes me and becomes worse. I risk asking questions from overthinking that could ruin relationships because if I don’t I end up ruining themself with theories in my head. I don’t even feel safe around anyone outside of circle.
