The Pittsburgh Steelers and T.J. Watt both want the same end result of a contract extension but simultaneous negotiations between other teams and their star pass rushers add to the complexity of the Steelers' dealings.

Over the last few months, most of the talk surrounding the Pittsburgh Steelers has surrounded Aaron Rodgers. With Rodgers now officially signed, all attention has been turned to the team's current contract situation with superstar pass rusher T.J. Watt.

Watt has one year left on his contract, but after Myles Garrett landed a $40 million per year contract, things became sticky for the Steelers. They will have to get near that amount, in money per year and guaranteed money, for the deal to ultimately get done.
