Parks commissioners want to hear more about “parasitic wasps” before green-lighting a bug-versus-bug battle in the heart of the Capital City.

The fire was reported just before 12:30 p.m. Wednesday on the roof of the Arnold Walter Nursing Home on Laurel Avenue.
