William and Kate describe ‘fantastic’ time on Mull as they head to Iona - The Princess of Wales quipped that they had chosen ‘a good day’ to make the short ferry crossing.

Their visit coincides with the announcement of royal funding to safeguard two nature warden roles in the Atlantic rainforest, which has been essential to the way of life of remote communities on Mull.

They will visit Ardura Community Forest – an Atlantic rainforest and one of Scotland’s most precious habitats.
