Logan County emergency officials ordered evacuations Wednesday due to a dangerous wildfire east and southeast of Guthrie. Those orders have since been lifted.

A pastor of a local church, along with a national faith-based disaster relief organization, toured the Logan County area devastated by the wildfires to better understand the needs of the community.

GUTHRIE, OKLA. (KOKH) -- The Logan County Assessor's office is urging residents with property damage caused by the recent wildfires to reach out as soon as possible to ensure value adjustments can be made for the current year. Field appraisers will be visiting burn sites to photograph the damage and update property records for 2025.
