The car that drove through a crowd of protesters in downtown Chicago hit Heather Blair, 66, before speeding off, police confirmed. Blair was hospitalized with a broken arm but was later released.

At least one person was injured, as a car sped through a crowd at one point. There was also some vandalism reported, and Chicago police said at least 17 people were arrested.
