The Trump administration has effectively “blacklisted” Harvard University from getting federal funding as part of its ongoing battle over discrimination and ideology, the university says in a new court filing.

Harvard University announced Wednesday it will begin allocating its own funds to support research efforts after the Trump administration cut more than $2 billion from from the school over its alleged allowance of antisemitism on campus and use of race-based practices.
