Earthquakes that have been rocking the picturesque Greek island of Santorini has been gradually calming down a month since it began.

A 4.4 magnitude earthquake was recorded on Monday between the southern Aegean Greek islands of Amorgos and Santorini, the latter a major tourist attraction. The earthquake with a depth of 17.3 kilometers (10.75 miles) struck around 7.21 am local time (0521GMT), according to the National Observatory of Athens Geodynamics Institute.
