A car that had been driven by Yolanda Marodi, who is suspected of killing her wife, Rebecca "Becky" Marodi, crossed into Mexico the night of the slaying, according to the Department of Homeland Securi

The footage, recorded just after 8 p.m., allegedly shows Rebecca Marodi running in front of the camera, chased by Yolanda Marodi, the District Attorney’s Office said in the warrant affidavit, filed in El Cajon Superior Court.

Captain Rebecca "Becky" Marodi served over 30 years with CAL FIRE. Homicide Unit detectives are working to determine the circumstances that led to the woman’s death and the possible motive.
