The United States joined Russia to vote against a UN General Assembly resolution condemning Russia’s war against Ukraine Monday in a stunning shift from years of US policy.

The United Nations General Assembly rejected a U.S. resolution urging the end to the Ukraine-Russia war. The drafted resolution included no acknowledgment of Russian aggression or Ukrainian sovereignty.
