An Ohio Senate committee has approved a bill to make significant changes to the state’s voter-approved marijuana law—by halving the number of plants adults could grow, adding certain criminal penalties and removing select social equity provisions,

Dallas rapper BigXthaPlug was arrested for possession of marijuana in Arlington early Wednesday, police officials confirmed in an email to The Dallas Morning News. The arrest was first reported by TMZ.

Xavier Landum, known by his stage name BigXthaPlug, was pulled over for expired tags along North Collins Street and was found with a small amount of marijuana, police said.

BigXThaPlug, whose real name is Xavier Landum, was booked on a marijuana possession charge of less than two ounces, according to a police report.
