Retired Judge Jack Lu spoke to WBZ-TV about the Karen Read murder trial and what he would have done different.

At least one juror was identified on social media following Read’s first trial, despite Cannone impounding the list, she wrote. The list was impounded last year after a juror filed a motion indicating they were afraid for their and their family’s safety.

Jurors in the Karen Read trial asked four questions Tuesday. One indicated they may be facing the possibility of a hung jury.
