An intense public feud erupted on Thursday between President Donald Trump and his one-time ally, billionaire Elon Musk, with an argument about Trump’s massive tax and domestic policy bill raging across social media and in the Oval Office.

The fallout between Elon Musk and Donald Trump began after the former denounced the President's ‘big, beautiful’ spending bill.

Mr. Trump volleyed back with attacks on Truth Social, claiming that he asked Musk to leave his administration and upset him with the legislative proposal ending the tax credits for electric vehicles.
