GREENBRIER, Tenn. (WSMV) - A traffic stop for an alleged DUI led to the arrest of a man out on bond for a first-degree murder charge, according to Greenbrier police. Smokey Barn News reports that a Christmas Eve DUI stop led to the arrest of 38-year-old Justin Dshane Howard, who was out on bond for a murder charge in Shelby County.

The arrest of Maria Bucci, the chairwoman of the Democratic committee in Cranston, Rhode Island, was captured in a bodycam video by East Greenwich police.

She was slurring and spitting when she was yelling and was extremely confrontational,” a police report alleged.

The Brentwood Police Department said officers pulled the man over around 10:55 PM Wednesday on suspicion of driving under the influence and that he was the sole occupant of the vehicle, according to ABC7 Bay Area. The stop took place near the intersection of Balfour Road and Foothill Drive.

Longmont police made an arrest for driving under the influence at 1:04 a.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of Alpine Street.
