Xavier (21-11) will try to play its way into the 64-team bracket Wednesday when the Musketeers face the Texas Longhorns (19-15) at UD Arena in the First Four at approximately 9:10 E.T. The winner will move on to face No. 6 Illinois at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee Friday night in the Midwest region.

First Four matchups will conclude with a Big East vs. SEC matchup. On Wednesday night, Xavier and Texas will go head-to-head in Dayton, Ohio, after each snuck into March Madness' Field of 68 on Selection Sunday.

Texas' spot in the first round of the NCAA Tournament depends on one game. The Longhorns will take on the Xavier Musketeers in the First Four round of the tournament in Dayton, Ohio, for a chance to keep dancing in Milwaukee against No. 6 Illinois.
