Brewers reliever Shelby Miller has a sprained right elbow and, most likely, is facing the second Tommy John surgery of his career.

Shelby Miller says he's facing the possibility of a second Tommy John surgery as the Milwaukee Brewers placed the veteran right-hander on the 60-day injured list with a sprained ulnar collateral ligament in his throwing elbow.

By the time he met the media on Wednesday afternoon, Shelby Miller had already come to grips with the fact that his 2025 season is over after the Brewers placed him on the 60-day injured list with a sprained ligament in his right elbow.
