Ohio State basketball desperately needed a win on the road Wednesday night vs. USC and was able to come through to keep its NCAA chances alive.

As USC forward Rashaun Agee sank a layup to tie the game at 80 with just under a minute left, Buckeye fans braced for another late-game collapse. With the NCAA tournament hanging in the balance, Ohio State head coach Jake Diebler called a timeout with 56 seconds to play.

Ohio State laid an egg against Northwestern and in the process put its NCAA Tournament hopes in jeopardy. The Buckeyes must finish strong, or else.
