A driver who fled after his vehicle struck and killed a woman as she was crossing a road has been jailed. Salma Rafique, 27, sustained serious injuries and died at the scene of the hit-and-run crash on a pedestrian crossing on Thorns Road in Quarry Bank, Dudley, in September 2023.
